To qualify for the guarantee, your account must meet the following minimum usage thresholds during the 90-day period:
Your "before" close rate is calculated from the first 30 days of tracked estimates (your baseline). Your "after" close rate is calculated from estimates tracked during days 31-90. The improvement is the difference between these two numbers.
If you provide historical close rate data from your existing CRM, we can also use that as your baseline for comparison.
